Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Remoz. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

  • Remoz provides daily home-style vegetarian meal (tiffin) services for lunch and dinner on a per-meal or subscription basis.

2. Orders & Subscriptions

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or website.
  • Subscription plans (daily/weekly/monthly) must be paid in advance.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified at the last minute.

3. Order Timing

  • Lunch orders must be placed before 10:00 AM on the same day.
  • Dinner orders must be placed before 6:00 PM on the same day.
  • Orders received after these cut-off times may not be accepted or may be scheduled for the next available slot.

4. Delivery

  • Meals are delivered within the scheduled time slots.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

5. Payment

  • Payments can be made via online modes or cash (if available).
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Razorpay Payment Terms

  • Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
  • Remoz does not store your full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on its servers.
  • By paying online, you also agree to Razorpay terms and privacy policies available on the Razorpay website.
  • Any transaction failure due to bank downtime, UPI service issues, network errors, or gateway interruption is outside Remoz direct control.
  • In case of failed debit with no order confirmation, reconciliation may take 5 to 7 business days as per banking and gateway settlement timelines.
  • For chargebacks or payment disputes, Remoz may request supporting details and provide transaction evidence to Razorpay and banking partners.

7. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders once placed are non-refundable.
  • Subscription cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed at the discretion of Remoz.

8. Food Quality

  • We ensure fresh, hygienic, and home-style meals.
  • Menu may change based on availability of ingredients.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must be available to receive the delivery.
  • Re-delivery is not guaranteed if the customer is unavailable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Remoz is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer or external factors.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
